With just seven apartments, the estate preserves an intimate and private atmosphere, offering guests a sense of tranquillity, space and understated exclusivity.
Within the estate, guests will find spaces designed for relaxation, shared moments and discovering the surrounding landscape.

The team is always available to share insights about the estate, recommend experiences and guide guests through Val d’Orcia with authentic suggestions on villages, wineries and local activities.
Where Val d’Orcia light meets water
One of the most evocative spots of the estate is the panoramic infinity pool, overlooking the rolling hills of Val d’Orcia.
The pool features a gentle waterfall and is surrounded by sun loungers, shaded areas and soft seating, creating the perfect setting for long summer days of relaxation.
Here, guests can sunbathe, read a book or simply take in the view, perhaps enjoying a glass of wine at sunset as the countryside light slowly changes.
The Kitchen at Le Sorbelle
This welcoming space is dedicated to local flavours and shared moments. The day begins with a farm-to-table breakfast, featuring a generous selection of sweet and savoury local products, complemented by an à la carte menu to suit every taste.
From 12:00 A.M. onwards, it becomes a bistro open until 8:00 P.M., offering a daily menu inspired by seasonal ingredients and the chef’s creativity.
This is also where guests can collect picnic baskets, perfect for enjoying the estate outdoors, with local delicacies, a glass of wine and the Val d’Orcia landscape as a backdrop.
