Amiata Apartment

A warm and authentic retreat where the glow of the fireplace, the aromas of Tuscan cooking and the landscapes of the Val d’Orcia accompany the slow rhythm of countryside life.

The Amiata apartment can accommodate up to six guests and is located on the first floor, offering beautiful views over the rolling hills of the Val d’Orcia. The interiors preserve the authentic charm of Tuscan tradition, with exposed wooden beams, terracotta floors and classic furnishings that create a warm and timeless atmosphere.

The apartment is accessed from the garden through a shared entrance with the Vignoni apartment, from which a short flight of stairs leads to the private entrance of the home.

The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, designed to offer generous and comfortable spaces.

The kitchen with a traditional masonry fireplace is the heart of the home, a convivial space ideal for relaxing and sharing moments together. It is equipped with a stovetop, oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle and all the utensils needed for cooking.

The living room is a welcoming space with a double sofa bed, smart TV and dining table.

The two double bedrooms, furnished with standard wrought-iron double beds, offer a quiet and bright environment with views over the surrounding hills. Each bedroom is equipped with a ceiling fan, ensuring comfort even during the warmer months.

The apartment also features two bright bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower. In both bathrooms guests will find a hairdryer, a complimentary welcome toiletries set, bathrobes and slippers.
